Niche Market ( or non-conforming / sub-prime ) lending is our specialty. In association with Solent Mortgage Services we package the 10 most favoured lenders in the non-conforming market place. Our generic application form allows us to cascade from lender to lender with simplicity and speed. Coupled with our online AIP, you can be certain that a case will proceed and our regular updates will keep you informed at all times.
