Eastbourne Financial Services are
directly Authorised and Regulated by the Financial Services
Authority (FSA).
Having successfully outgrown their premises, EFS moved to a larger
building in Bexhill in June 2006 to continue to grow and expand
their business.
All our advisers are either CeMAP (Certificate in Mortgage Advice
and Practice) or MAQ (Mortgage Advisory Qualification) qualified and
we aim to provide a professional service to all our client.
Mortgage Brokers - we provide Packaging Services to Professional
Mortgage Brokers and represent a large selection of Niche
Market Lenders, using a Generic Mortgage Application form and paying
competitive procuration fees, to directly authorised brokers and
members of some small networks.
